here's what i've been doing with AoD:
sunna start> EX1>EX2 for veil + 4 glowsticks > aria 2 stomps > bait for yellow > yellow into yu > charge basic block if i see an opportunity (do not spend) > EX > sunna into EX1 > EX2 > aria 2x stomp > EX1>EX2 > 3 stomp > this should fill nangong bar > try to yellow into nangong (otherwise EX) > charge2>EX>charge3 (you now have bonus stun duration) > if aria has any glowsticks burn them all before stun > sunna to stun or nangong to stun

during stun :
aria chain > cancel > swap to nangong to burn a stun stack and chain back into aria > this will get you 8 glowsticks, and prep nangong's abloom > aria stomps > special AoD optimization will spend the last nangong stack during stomps for free > 4x stomp > ULT > 3x super stomps > nangong should be full

post-stun :
swap to nangong > charge2 > EX > charge3 > sunna EX1>EX > aria stomp once, EX1>EX2 > stomp 4x > nangong should be full again

repeat.

if nangong has ult : this is a veil refresh and gives aria 4 glowsticks, make sure she has space for the glowsticks.
