Most of the time you see this stat on Pal cards where it gets to numbers like 30%-40% so it's a lot more significant, for Fuku it's just a minor benefit where you're slightly luckier with them basically.

It is "universal" but that means no priority on anything, so sometimes your best training will be clicking Guts on a Speed build which further hurts problem 1's facility leveling.3. It has a ton of random events so you're constantly going to get cucked out of event chains you are relying on, like Creek's Swinging Maestro.4. Weak rainbows to compensate for universal rainbows, which is an issue in MANT because the strongest runs are always about comboing items on big rainbows for massive swing turns.

They speed up the scenario release schedule, events get more additions to them like sending out scouting parties to gather shit for you, very based events like getting to pick Uma Vets to add extra stars to (make any 2* a 3*). This first year is a bit of a slump in the timeline honestly, we were accelerated but still going by a very slow original early timeline.
