Now make sure each team has at least 1 person on element to break the boss shield. Now make sure each has a cooldown reducer. Now make sure it has a healer or some way to survive (if needed, this one doesn't if you have enough hit count units for the rocks). Now make sure everyone is matched appropriately as far as taking advantage of niche buffs like + pierce damage and each team has some way to generate fast burst. If you are taking all of these into account, the team choices you end up with to choose from are actually pretty small because there's very few combinations that can meet all of this criteria at once across 5 teams. As in, as you are making teams, you will look through your list to see who can do a certain thing and find you only have 1 or 2 choices. So its actually not that hard in the end.
