I think the anivia matchup is pretty unplayable for Sett as long as you space properly though. Taking Phase, Manaflow, Celerity, Scorch with PoM and Cut Down is my go-too for toplane. If you take the 2.5% movespeed shard you'll have 336 movespeed plus phase which is very nice for the long lane. You can do stuff like RWEQE, then when they get out of your ult you just phase rush after them and drop the ult on top of them again and Q them. In toplane you can also take exhaust.

In one I was insanely ahead so I felt I could get my attack speed from other completed items. Anyhow, enemy had a classic 0/8 Zed midlaner, with ult and ignite, and I'm standing alone in mid and he goes all in on me. I must've had less than 100 hp but he couldn't kill me. 100% would've died if I didn't have those boots.So I'm thinking whether I should just go plated steelcaps whenever I see an AD assassin on enemy team, at the very least. In SoloQ I just can't trust people to peel for me. I always like to go GA anyhow, since the extra slot for ADCs it feels much more viable than previous seasons.
