Personally I think Lucio's "Crumbling form" is better than Valencina's "Accelerating Future" her stacks are only good for one skill and reset after skill attack end and it's nearly impossible for her to reach enough clashes to get max stacks. Meanwhile Lucio gain easily get capped stacks as long as he refreshes them on all his targets (which a payer controlled version would).
