Hmm grinder is kind of interesting but I think ultimately sharpness is just better because you don't have to constantly sharpen. Even if hunts are taking like 10-15 minutes max now that's still 10-15 times you need to sharpen if you want to get the most out of grinder. At least it wasn't a waste to make the glavenus gear because handicraft +2 is still great for this point in the game

It only makes sense they'd centralize over time and guild knights have existed for a long time so the concept of a more militarized guild structure did exist.
