Abilities should have varying levels of threat, with interesting means of dropping threat that aren't simply pushing a button. Reminder: despite making up the majority of the playerbase, DPS players are still exclusively accountable fuck NOTHING except beating an extremely forgiving enrage timer. I like playing healer because it's the most dynamic role. Tanks can do the same thing every single dungeon and raid. DPS only needs to react to mechanics. Healer reacts to mechanics and to the deviations of every other player, compensating for missed mechanics, and they still get to try for DPS - a healer pulling 15k DPS compensates for a DPS who's only pulling 45k when he should be up at 60k.

Even in the final mythic fight of a tier. The difficulty, for most people, is in doing them while also keeping up the best dps they can. And for that, results vary wildly, and the gap widens the higher up you go in a tier. I can say without a doubt our top 5 dps in that fight were better players than any of our tanks and healers. They were exclusively more valuable and each of them would have been harder to replace while keeping up to the same standards in the last mythic fight of a tier. Next would have been the healers, and those would probably have shut up to the top if we were doing rwf (which we weren't).

The "Tribal" gryphons we got earlier were wildhammer flavored meaning that art style has been in the devs mind recently, and one of the recent trading post sets was a recolor of Quel'Serrar called "Skyborn Blades"
