I use her every day, in every type of content, and this is the build I always use. Not sure if it's the best, but it works.
You can check the character ranking, the #1 Luvata is different from mine, using the other reaction and her fire teleport instead of searing gaze.

Hmmm...at least he looks more useful than SP Faycal. I loved that ToA stage where we move cargo on the docks and get to place a gazillion exploding traps to nuke crowds of enemies and push them around and freeze them, and Finn gives us a bit of that gameplay. Duo unit with the wolf is neat, and the ability to swap people with the wolf while granting defensive buffs sounds handy.
I get the impression that he's one of those unfortunate characters that actually get an interesting kit that lends more tactical depth to battles, but will be eclipsed by the big dick damage dealers that remove the need for strategy entirely.

And there we go, a perfect win. With this win alone, I'm set to clear out the rest of the shop when it unlocks. Many of these fights came down to one vs ones, with that 3rd place win being Alexei in overtime (unyielding had proc'd) and just barely getting the win, same with the finals where Lilywill shot an Iron Thorn defender in the back just before expiring to red card DoT.

Watch out for Ofina in the arena. She looks like Lightning, but her trait is cracked. Three ST dodges each round, it's very rare more than 3 ai-controlled units will attack her so she's effectively invincible unless you have a big aoe like Flavia or Afra. Even then, the same cracked trait also gives her 50% aoe damage reduction

I say that, and then get completely fucked against SP Inanna. On the same map (the underground canyon, very narrow starting position with everyone bunched) yesterday, I bet on SP Inanna. All she had to do is take 2 steps forward and nuke the enemy team with her fuckhuge aoe nuke. Instead, she moved her full movement behind her team and cast Call of Freedom on herself, then ended her turn without doing anything and nulling the act again she gave herself.
Today, I bet against her on the same map, and she nuked my whole team and then killed Ofina with a ST attack on her act again, which wasn't dodged for some reason. And Miguel kicked Team Meteor off a cliff, the only one who avoided the big aoe. These things are a coinflip.

Just tried the first one with the witches and flowers. The flowers one shot my units from across the map before they act, and the one attack I got off (Yen's magic surged elemental storm) barely tickled them!

After an hour of retrying the first 2 rounds, I give up. It's not currently possible for my account. It's permanent, so I'll come back when Luccia comes out and Ivan can stomp it. No team I make can survive Luna. I thought I could disable her on death nuke, but it's tied to her trait, not a passive or reaction. Most I can get is all named enemies dead but four or more flowers remain.

Team limit is way too tight as it is, I only got 5 slots and Taair is mandatory to outspeed turn 1, Cam is mandatory 'cause everyone else does shit damage and he needs to go deep and stun Luna turn 1 (her on death frosty breath is 2x power so no one can survive 1x frosty breath plus 2x). Lutfi and Kvare's debuffs have been useful as the enemy doesn't seem to be immune to debuffs and at least Nora's on death aoe nuke can be passive nulled. I've been using Yen to double portal deep strike Kvare+Lutfi for max rain+decoy but it's still not enough.

I wish I had Afra. I bet her huge aoe sleep would solve this. Was just about to ask if anyone else has an aoe stun besides Cam, because that's so clutch. If Luvata gets her 2 turn, it's GG. If Beryl gets her first turn, someone dies to Chuu. If Luna gets any turn without active skill null, it's gg. It's so deviously set up, the white flower goes after the others so if anyone who gets targeted it lucky enough to survive 2 flower attacks, the white one picks up the kill and spawns a new full health enemy on kill.

I just went in with Kvare nuke, Yen portaling SP Inanna & Sam in for more nuke and Luvata nuking the remaining flowers. End of round 1 was only Beryl/Luna/Abyss. Flavia got off her shitty nuke (her flower was dead) which triggered Kvare's shield reaction so Luna's nuke didn't do any actual damage. Luvata also tanked Chu3 with her fire barrier.

As well of images of every unit on your team, all equipment and tarot substats? No Cam seems baffling, all aoe specialists like Sam and Luvata do less than half of his damage, aoe nukes only do like 10% of Flavia's health.
It seems truly, truly impossible. Kvare's shield reaction cannot block normal Luna's frosty breath, let alone the double strength death one. You somehow ate 3 frosty breaths because you didn't stop Luna on turn 1. You also ate an extra Chu from Beryl round 1 and an aoe from Nora which does about half of most units' health. Kvare can't hit everyone with his aoe unless you use one of your 2 portals on him, which you didn't.

Gave it a try and the strat looks fairly solid, I'm just missing a few key components. Ended with a TPK round 2 with only Luna and the two leftmost flowers still alive, the tank one and the toxic red one. I would've won if it wasn't for Luna's turn 1 frosty breath going off, which instakilled SP Sam and Luvata. Actually, I wouldn't have won if I survived that, because killing Luna would trigger the same thing at double power. Is there anyone who can massively buff the whole party's magical defense?

Now, my run was pretty scuffed, the tank flower and one toxic flower survived the huge nuke instead of just Luna. But I was able to finish them off with SP Inanna and SP Sam, the only survivors of the first frosty breath, and was able to keep out of range of Luna until act again+Heal was back up, which was enough for SP Inanna to tank the final frosty breath.

That definitely doesn't work forr 18 though, lol. Dude must be whaled out, shame he never shows loadouts/stats. Tried the same moves and half the enemy army survived and handily slaughtered me.

With some luck, it could kill a dying foe before they can act, or weaken a foe's damage by bringing them over the injured or dying thresholds before their attack goes off.
For those of you who want to actually use her, she needs Lukamar for those liberation stacks, similar to Shams. After Shams, devs realized they shouldn't make all Elaman units dependant on Lukamar to work, so the later ones have better stack generation assuming you get them to higher stars (or so I hear).
