There is really no one else who can fill this role because of their nature as Nikkes and the responsibilities they have.In Arcana's case, once the Commander fully gives in to his base desires, there is nothing to stop her from spiraling further, chasing the love and affection she has been denied for so long, forgetting everything else including the mission, and pulling the Commander down with her. It is a form of escapism, which is not healthy.For Privaty in Bad Ending 9, without the Commander giving her a pep talk and being a strong support, she completely succumbs to despair. She becomes trapped in bed but still does what the Commander wants out of deep love and trust, becoming our "Own Personal Privaty," and the mission fails.All in all, remember to be good to your Nikkes, support them, and do what is best for them. You really are all they have to rely on.
