Something to note: the "recommended" items in the shop can be outright bad sometimes. You itemize against the enemy team. If you aren't looking at the scoreboard to see what enemy champions are present and how they are building before you buy then you are doing it wrong.

yay, I beat Demacia Rising. depressing to know it'll continue into next season as I think it's by far the most time consuming metagame they've ever done. I totalled in at like 1200 turns which is just dumb. Everything takes forever and I think that if you haven't been playing at least a dozen games a week (especially one a day for the daily shield quest) and aren't buying the pass/skins (therefore not getting the shields from there) you only barely scrape by being able to finish it
