So at some point in the last 2 months they completely ruined making skill gear. Now instead of having the slot locked in where the slot is located it locks it in and moves it to the top slot. So now you cant take the custom skill feathers and replace the bottom slot which is always defensive by rolling with normal feathers until you get a good third slot.

The problem for tower is that people usually want to delay the zone for a little later in the fight to finish the job and you want to sync with dps not with the support.
Tower was still clearable with good enough dps and cynthia so if you already have cynthia you can focus on other typings for tower but if you gave a new player the choice then Koriina makes Tower easier.
