the only way for Tails' character to work is if he is the main character. That's why no one cares about Tails... He never gets any cool stuff...he never gets used properly... he never gets anything. Not from Sonic Team, not from IDW, not from JP or the West, not from the Fans... not from the Movies... no one gives Tails anything substantially cool. Because Sonic is the main character, and gets _all_ of the spotlight and attention, so no one has any idea what to actually do with Tails. Why does practically _no_ fan game make any attempt to have a "Sonic & Tails" mode? Some people on twitter like grouping characters from other media together, but they always put Sonic with the guys that are the most like Tails, because all the potential Tails has is just soaked up by Sonic being the lead character. That's not even how Sonic himself is meant to be used as a lead character anyway. I just wish Tails was actually allowed to be what he was in Sonic 2, the game, at the least. Instead of someone that a ton of people here will be obsessed with slandering and dragging through the mud as if Sonic Forces or whatever else is all he's good for.
