I don't know macro concepts in this game besides pushing and last hitting only or working with jungle camp timers. I played Dota so I have a baseline micro ability and was able to climb from the depths of Iron to Bronze 2. What I noticed is a lot of players don't play very aggressively, they don't flash to engage or tower dive, the latter of which I had to adjust to and just not attempt anymore. Items have extremely limited options, too, to the point where it feels like building the exact same items and runes is pretty much the only way.
