Enemy element weaknesses are only +50%, and only for the portion of your damage that matches their weakness, so Sentient Incision is probably +180% on top of your base damage? Actually, I guess that's a lot for a single mod, but it probably wouldn't get affected by elemental mods? Combo builds often have extra room and this would be alright if you don't have anything else in mind.
