Bad route of cliffhanger is probably LU using some schemes to exploit Andrew's obsessive delineation which results in Ashley ascending to demonhood and leaving Andrew with nothing he really wanted through tricky wording and very different end goals.Maybe Andrew willingly makes a final deal to be in service to LU to complete things. Then after the fact LU trades Andrew to Demonshly so she will serve him, so now they both do through proxy. Leaving Andrew with nothing but overwhelming shame and regret.
