I just finished the dungeon mod blue kind, and it was not very good. there's not even a little bit of story to it, I mean zero, to the point that not only do I not understand what I'm doing I didn't even know how to start playing the mod or where to go at all. I had to read the modder's walkthrough to figure out how to start. You are apparently supposed to find an invitation in markarth but I couldn't find it after searching the multiple locations you are supposed to find one. instead I pickpocketed the key you need from the random unexplained blue argonian with no dialogue that's inside the gigantic unexplained inexplicable mansion in the middle of falkreath. the key leads you to a dragur dungeon that's pretty typical of a mod. gigantic interior areas that are way too empty that look unnatural, and sprawling meandering mazes to navigate through. There was one cool visual with a giant whale skeleton but that was about it. I had no idea what the dungeon was supposed to be or how to connected to the next dungeon, which is a falmer/dwemer location. The dwemer dungeon is also a confusing meandering cavernous dungeon that's also so dark you can't see shit, you spend most of your time running just to get across the enormous distances. then it for some reason transforms into a vampire dungeon which is also way too dark and samey visually, it's the most meandering and mazelike of all the dungeons of all. Then you kill a boss and it's over, and I have no idea what any of it is supposed to be or if there's a story at all. It's terrible to constantly be entering menus to apply them, and the typical mod solution of making poisons last multiple hits just makes them crazy strong if not outright overpowered. The amount of poison effects is even more excessive than potions. You can effectively get the entire illusion school of magic in a bottle through poisons. Then on top of that there's even more poison effects that are basically useless, like why would you ever want a damage stamina poison when you could just kill them outright with a damage health poison? The only poisons that are useful at all imo are paralyze for stunlocking which is busted and basic damaging poisons.
