Delve quests give a fuckton of exp, more if you turn on warmode before handing them in, at least the ones outside silvermoon.Crafting new recipes also give you a solid chunk of exp, this is a single time bonus up to 30? crafts.All of this will shoot you through level 88 up to 90 without needing to do absolutely anything else. Probably can do it from 75% or something at 87 with the newly opened delves. The quest exp IS affected by shit like your warband mentorship buffs and probably the upcoming darkmoon fair buff too.
