This game is getting more and more broken over time. Summoning your allies to fight with you doesn't even work anymore. They just move around and never attack unless you go up to them and put them in standby mode, which then they will start fighting, but then they won't follow you around anymore until you manually set them to follow again. If this is intended design, then they should make a button shortcut for this. It might be intended since on follow mode you don't want them going off to attacking just anything and getting distracted perhaps.And the other part, when you used to summon them it took a minute for them to arrive which was sovl. But now they never arrive when you summon them unless you manually press esc, where it then teleports you to an abyss nexus instead of just appearing organically without interrupting you. That is anti-sovl.

Just killed Beloth after stumbling onto him during chapter 8. Blew through so, so many Palmer Pills fighting that bastard. A lot of his attacks are interruptible during their startup, but man does he have some bullshit to pull out of his ass. I got lucky about halfway through the fight when he decided to circle around that little platform and I kept peppering him with Orbs and Crows for approximately an extra fifth or so of his health. Heavy attack combos into force palm into palm pulse were my bread and butter attacks since I can start up the force palm when I see he's no longer flinching. I didn't have 15 ice resist (only 5) so I did get fucked over a few times by getting frozen during my combo, which almost always ended in a death.

Alright I came up with a decent way to get wood quickly. Chop down some trees in whatever way works best for you (I'm using volcanic eruption and my axe) Then use natures snare lvl2 and and fire it in the general direction of the fallen trees. It will absolutely obliterate any fallen logs and turn them into smaller pieces. A second hit turns it all into firewood (look at the minimap) Natures snare on its own actually knocks down tons of trees but they just fade away instead of being choppable sadly.

This is a weird one in terms of quest tracking. If you track the main quest "The Missing Seal" it doesn't tell you where to go. At all, there's no info on how to find the witch and the only witch I know at this point is the abyss gear one in the cave near the start.HOWEVER if you click"view info" it leads you to the Faction Quests: Witches, which leads you to the witch instead. Kind of a weird, roundabout way of doing things.

Here's something that annoys me a bit about the gear system: I like wearing full sets, and I found these "Plate gloves of cursed soul" a pretty long time ago. Now: I would like to wear the rest of these. Is there actually any in-game way of figuring out where to go for the full set? Because as is, I had to google it, skimmed over it to not "fully" spoil myself with the exact locations and quickly realized that they don't seem to be in related locations, but rather strewn in caves all over the map, in places sometimes pretty far from where I have been so far. Is that's how it's gonna be if I want to wear full sets? If I find something I like, I gotta google where to find the rest and joylessly work off an online checklist, or be content with only having a piece or two until I find another in the next, 20, 30, 50 hours playtime in this huge world?

This game's environments are impressive. This game is close to Red Dead for realism. I live in the foothills of the Pacific Northwest and some of the shit I see in this game is straight out of a hike. Bent pine trees and all the annoying rocks along rivers instead of just some grass. I know there is a lot of unrealistic fantasty stuff in this game so it's not 100% but I feel like the minor details add a lot to the realism.

Witch's Ring and Mark of Darkness for 8 AS.That leaves 6 slots open across my armor, since 2 slots are gonna be occupied by relentless and momentum abyss gears. 4 tier 3 abyss gears, 2 for MS and 2 for AS brings me to 14 for those stats. I could also use the shitty shoes to save an abyss gear slot or two if I wanted to.I'll throw the defense 3s on the shield because that seems to be the only stat we get from it while using a two handed weapon. That leaves 2 slots for whatever, which I'm leaning towards saving for both of the gears that enhance elemental attacks. One slot on my weapon gets taken up by the critical 3 tax. Now I just need to figure out what skill gears I want to use. I'm thinking Crows for distant targets, then two turning slash gears and one other type of skill. Probably one that triggers at the end of a basic combo. Arrow Rain would be godly, but it only works on a finishing blow, not at the end of a combo.
