S1 is Spada di Palermo, S2 is Colpi Sottami, S3 is Il Cacciatore and S3-2 is Sezionatura di Cervo. Duelo and Palermian Style passives combaine into a single one that's active without needing resources, Hunter's Mark and Palermitan Rapier / The Cleaving Blade fuse into a passive that asks for some sloth and wrath resources. Once you get enough duel stacks you use S3-2 instead of S3. That's it

There's also no clause for cancelling stagger at turn end on Valencina though I'm not sure if that's intentional or not. 30 bullets total is pretty reasonable and 10 Eyes of Precognition is what I expect for the actual ID. Sin affinities look good for the most part but I'd give Lucio a pride skill somewhere just to give him some synergy with Sinclair's passive.
