I think they're all pretty solid, and worth playing if only because there isn't much AA content. My favorite are the edgeworth games, but the rest are solid as well.

Get ready that first game in every trilogy/duology (justice, edgeworth and great ace attorney) are the weakest in their series that you need to get through. Only the original Phoenix trilogy escaped this curse.
