Blizzcon spoilers
One class at launch, one new spec in a future patch. No allied races.
Not all of Northrend will be accessible from the start, some will be patch zones but all of Northrend will be available by 13.2.
Titans have come to subjugate the world soul. One of their main tools is undoing the 'curse of flesh.' They even can turn non-Titanic things to stone, for example Illidan himself is a golem for the Titans now.
Sylvanas is going to become the new Lich King so she can use the Scourge remnants to defend Azeroth. Alleria is going to become the new leader of the Illidari since Illidan basically turned on his own faction. Vereesa and Arator are going to lead the Horde and Alliance to Northrend in the first place.
Sargeras has been subjugated and has been put in charge of the Burning Legion again. Demons now indirectly answer to the Pantheon.
Iridikron and Xal'atath are allies of Azeroth by this point, helping to find off the Titanbound.
Moira is High Queen of the Alliance. Title of Warchief is re-established but no successor yet named before the next saga. Role is now vacant rather than just gone.
Multiple races are moved to neutral throughout the expansion like pandaren, dracthyr, etc are.
5 world difficulty modes, integrated into the Prey system.
Might not happen in the Last Titan but the goal currently is to basically merge servers until each region has one normal megaserver and one RP megaserver. Metzen wants to open a new PvP server again eventually. Surnames are being discussed as a solution to the naming problem, or just keeping legacy servers in name only (example Killgar-Thrall vs. Killgar-Sargeras).
The "Worldsoul Saga" is going to continue but under another name. IE every expansion will be built to bleed into the next one. The Last Titan no longer "caps it off" but will directly set up 14.0 and 15.0. Hints towards those will be announced at Blizzcon.

I'm at 270 and my flash heals with infusion heals for like 80% of a health bar on a crit. Holy light heals 60% of a health bar without critting, holy shock heals for 20-40%.

this is my first time playing retail from classic and i have an issue in solo shuffle

i play moonkin and climbed to about 1800 with quite easily, now at this mmr I get auto trained by melee and while I can still top dmg, I cant really carry like i used to cause i cant cc anymore

and like the melee players in this mmr are literally retarded. They just sit one target the whole round and chase into bad positions, lost countless games because they refused to swap to an exposed target because we called x class before round began

meanwhile the wizards I face are all focus silencing me like bots, swapping targets, kiting, playing like 1000 mmr above the melee players. I've never seen 1800 mmr this sweaty, people here are trying SO HARD and idk how its possible because im doing so much every round

im rolling a dh alt cause getting trained every round just isnt fun and no point playing before the ww/arms/sub/bm nerfs tuesday

Divine Toll as Herald of the Sun is like a mini cooldown every 30 seconds, that usually is enough to get through most stuff at 12-13 keys. Avenging Wrath is pretty powerful and lasts quiet a bit so it's good for oh shit moments, specially with the instant Holy Lights.

it was some of the most fun i had in wow and the last expansion i took raiding seriously. went from a midling zerg guild to top progression on spine of deathwing with big guilds trying to poach my october fangs of the father. i also had heroic vial of shadows. some of the most bullshit global shredding mutilate days rogue ever saw. i'd walk into the firelands daily area and make the alliance huddle at the guards.
