Overwatch deserves credit for at least one thing: it is common to still secure a kill through healing, even when the target is actively being healed. In Marvel Rivals, that feels much harder, sometimes to the point that you are not getting the kill unless the healers are distracted or dealt with first. And dealing with the healers first is fine, but when they start playing patty cake with each other, that is when the difference in healing output between the two games really stands out.
