Raphael's endings are lazy and low-effort. I'm sure the VA cost them a pretty penny but why is the man in an orange void? Would it really have been too hard to stick him in The House of Hope?
After finishing the game for the first time, I found the ending somewhat underwhelming. I really expected a Fallout-style slideshow with some narration showing the outcomes of all your choices: where everyone ended up after a timeskip. A retrospective montage of some kind at the end would make for a more satisfying emotional climax and resolution.

That's what she actually says. The player has to intervene and tell Arabella to make a sudden move, or intervene and tell the snake to bite her in order or Arabella to die. Kagha was, in fact, not "actively trying to murder a child" and the only way for it to happen is if YOU intervene. Kagha being a child murderer is one of the biggest Mandela-effects of bg3.The reason Kagha is bad is because she knows that finishing the rite and kicking out the tieflings will likely get many of them killed due to the goblins in the area, so we're still supposed to convince her to stop being a meanie, but the entire killing Arabella thing just isn't true, but people repeat it to the point it's a shared hallucination in much of the playerbase.

We actually don't know what Kagha would have done in the absence of the shadowdruid influence. After you expose the shadowdruids, she's reasonable again and even apologizes.I think she still has the personality flaws that originally allowed the shadowdruids to prey upon. She was happy to assume Halsin was dead and took his job, and it was fairly easy to make her turn on the tiefling since she already liked roleplaying her fursona of a snake. It's not like the shadowdruids used magic to make her into a completely different person, they just played up and stoked some flaws that already existed. At best you could say they misingormed her and she operated on misinformation, but she still went into snake fursona mode.And even if we do remember that she didn't want to kill Arabella, she still essentially was going to get them all killed indirectly by sending them out where there are goblins. Not her "fault" per se since it's the goblins who are the murderers in that case, but closing your door to someone who is running from a pack of wild murderers is still pretty bad, even i you're not the one holding the knife.I like that Kagha is kind of a shitty person, but isn't as bad as some speedreaders have convinced themselves of. On one hand she's silly for believing shadowdruids in the first place, but her ambitions for the position of first druid made her susceptible. Any mod that makes the UI snappier? Things like the little unskippable delays during dice rolls bother me a lot. I'm always spam clicking to skip the animations and there's no reason why it couldn't work faster. Faster character movement out of combat would be nice also.

And if you want the achievement and the dice? Your best bet is a short, straightforward rush through the game with as many safety nets as possible. Remember, your time is your most valuable asset.

In your case the game still treats you as an ally during the post-Ketheric get-together in the Throne Room and this is why the standard recruitment dialogue is there.

No such thing as the perfect game. I'd take a game that gives me a good time for a solid 100 hours over the next 10 generic FromSoft games (or any other soulslike games).
