Even stuff like having one set for each character is good for me because I can preemptively just auto-delete everything that will not fit any character I intend to still build. At this point I just favor low maintenance, having to always be at the artifact limit manually deleting stuff was so much of an annoyance.Though not being able to just pick any echo with different pros and cons is definitely a waste, maybe azur promilia can convince them to change this if they manage something better.

You can tell because of the writing, dialogue, shot composition, scene transition, sound design, etc.The team that did 3.0 (probably the one that did 2.6 part 1) didn't communicate at all with the one that did 2.8, so by the time 2.8 was finished, so was 3.0, and there was no way to connect the two, other than a last minute "optional" addition of a hand-waving of whatever loose threads there were. 3.1 was probably mostly done at the time, and 3.2, well no one cares about 3.2. 3.3 is the climax of 3.1, no time to add shit like Chisa, she already sold whatever she could, no point in adding her to more stories.
