I have only done the daily quest twice and it was the broken robot quest and I refuse to do one ever again. I just make a piece of equipment and give something to an operator. In that sense dailies are blazingly fast. I don't fuck with deliveries. I think it's time to replace the games as a service model for something more profitable: games as an imaginary concept. The player pays you, the dev, to have the rights to imagine your game in their head, where they can play without limitations as long as they pay the fee. There's still IS endings waiting for me whenever I feel like I have time for a deep dive, and they'll continue to wait for me until I either do them, or the game EOS's.Yeah, I know nobody normal is asking for an MMO time commitment here. But realistically, that's the only thing that will satisfy some people - and it'd be utterly toxic to normal people. And until they DO get the balance right, it's much healthier for both the game and the players for them to undershoot the optimal time commitment than overshoot.
