Scold's bridle causes physical damage based on mana cost, Lightning Coil converts that physical damage to lightning damage, and Valako's Roar generates a frenzy charm every time you take lightning damage. Basically, you generate a frenzy charge every time you use a skill. Ritualist is also perfect for this combo because the ascendancy allows you to trigger charms with insufficient charges. You can also use the Bijouborne Belt with this combo which gives you the Cast on Charm skill and can slot in profane ritual which generates power charges on use.
