Basically, you generate a frenzy charge every time you use a skill. Ritualist is also perfect for this combo because the ascendancy allows you to trigger charms with insufficient charges. You can also use the Bijouborne Belt with this combo which gives you the Cast on Charm skill and can slot in profane ritual which generates power charges on use.
