For some reason I used to also have a different kind of buzzing due to a faulty CPU, but I doubt that's the same problem as you.

The only ones I'm not sure about are Qiuhua's Scorch Mark and Sextans Blood Emblem but they're probably targeted as well since they only hit 1 enemy.Leva's punches are all ST attacks. Fortunately they're also considered melee, which was nice for the Igla bossfight.
