Tierlists are notoriously bad in CZN since you can't immediately gauge how good a character is without going through each iteration of interactions with every single other set of cards available in the game.Since CZN isn't a 100% numbers game like most other gachas where sites like Prydwen can just put 2 characters besides eachother and count the dps of their rotation.
