The Stealth skill becomes a passive and only activates when Sakuya gets hit by a single target attack. It won't suck that bad if the damage wasn't lessened. Was dooming as bad or worse when Action came out? I know that first year of Action was very rough and I only started playing few months before they reworked things like EXP and Skill stations with that major update. I still remember reflective surface being added to Asagi default costume feeling like test of waters for the stuff that is now default for models in Squad and Action.

Given that they are easier to obtain, and their skills are easier to upgrade, I think they'd be a better target for an F2P like me - I hypothesize a 4-star with upgraded skills is better than a 5-star with only base level skills. I decided to work on Fuuma Aki first and now have her with 5 gold stars. She gives a 15% boost to ATK across the whole team, so I figured that'd be a good place to start.
