Now that we got this new 3d environment compared to work with compared to the original tower defense, I'm really speculative with how the gamemode will work and how much they'll carry over.With the original we always had a mixture of stage gimmicks/hazards and(or) a main threat/mini boss.>i.e Dawnseekers fog of war + Blood Knight & Vivianna or Ashrings Londinium Cannon + ManfredSo I wonder if it will be a pure gauntlet of enemies or if there's extra map objectives to keep tabs on and if they'll add exclusive enemies like they did with Avenger in Basepoint. If they also do rotating daily test sites that could give themselves the room to get a bit funky with the side objectives since not everything will have to be relegated to the main test site.The main point of contention being the modifiers and how it'll bust our balls. Besides the simple and boring standard stat buffs/debuffs/resistances, they could get interesting with it and give the enemies more attack patterns and mechanics or anything more appealing.
