Hong Kong is also more internationally friendly (although less so with Russia). So Hong Kong was chosen.At the same time, they put a bunch of people on payroll. So the money getting donated to the Hong Kong account largely stayed there to pay out employees, and wasn't all being shuffled back into Shenna's account.The issue with Hong Kong is that they cooperate with the US courts. It's a process of going through their legal system as well, but one the international copyright lawyer Blizzard hired (one of the best mind you) would be able to effortlessly navigate.I would imagine that the moment Shenna found out she was being sued she tried to drain the Hong Kong account only to discover it's not really possible to transfer large sums of money overseas through the banking system, especially into Russia of all places, as a private citizen. And even if she could, she'd kill the server doing so because now she can't pay her employees.So what did she do? Just a guess, but it looks like stall while slowly draining funds from AFK Craft.
