You normally only need to look deeper if the program starts giving your warnings like you're in the yellow (like mine there), or if it starts failing the SMART quick self-test. For HDDs it doesn't show a quick %, but HD Sentinel does, but it's an estimate of the overall HDD health as HDDs don't store data anywhere near the same way. A good way to check the overall state of an HDD is using a full surface scan like with DiskGenius or HD Sentinel to see how you're doing in terms of bad blocks (you can do it with chkdsk or the other smart self-tests in windows but it doesn't actually show you the sector info in a way you can see), it takes absolutely forever (you're reading the entire disk, it will take hours, overnight+ levels on any reasonably sized HDD) and you should do it very rarely, maybe once per year at most.
