I like the rules of the outer rim if you don't work you die, everyone is expected to work. Neon had to work as a child. Anis got free food, free living, and free school. I've been playing this game very casually over the last few months without ever really engaging with the mechanics. In fact, I never bothered upgrading any gear or opening crates until now, when I finally broke the 160 wall. Is it worth opening any of the crates now while my outpost at level 119 and upgrading any generic T9 gear? I have basically stalled for a while now story wise, and when I asked an LLM, it told me wait till outpost reaches level 150.
