Do you really believe Hypergryph can pull through and make an interesting experience out of CC (or really, out of the combat in general) in this game?In OG Arknights, the gameplay is very mature at this point - there are many different types of classes, each unit can have three distinct skills, each type of unit can have its own range and those rules can be broken. There are many types of enemies and afflictions now, and ways to counteract and leverage those instead, and even different ways your operators can interact with one another. The game even lets you use terrain to your advantage. This is not even going into the modules system, and you can also obviously field more units at once. The result is a cornucopia of combinations and interesting possibilities for any given stage, so long as you don't crank the difficulty too high and narrow that possibility range as a result.This game doesn't have any of that yet... there's a paltry amount of units. The gameplay is fairly basic for the most popular teams. The class system is restrictive. I guess one way to describe it is if Da Pan was an OG Arknights unit, you can bet he'd be a defender and have fairly unique abilities revolving around his cooking and wok. But here, they HAD to give him a greatsword, there's nothing else they could've done given the game's constraints.I just wonder if RUA can work his numbers autism out of this one.
