Primal doesn't seem to be very good for anything either.

Only place you can really 100% get into during the day is rest of Crystal, Primal and Dynamis. That's what I mean really about the threshold. People aren't going to go travel to a place they know they are stuck on if there aren't enough people there to do it so yeah it's all really just a congestion problem
