When they doubled down on the healing Meta: it completely screwed over so many characters, because if you're not playing a low time to kill character then you're going to have a harder time with engagements and securing kills. Messing around by nerfing, buffing, nerfing, buffing the same 10 characters is so fundementally bad for this game that they haven't even managed to change the meta in months. Gambit should have already been demoted to a utility character, IW should have already had the shield on a longer cooldown so it couldn't be spammed, phoenix should have already had a massive damage and stun nerf, Elsa should have already had the dodge on like a 5 second cooldown along with a massive ult nerf.I dont know how people manage to play rank in OOA but man if its anything like Eternity then it must be a fucking shit show. Just had a match where my team had 2 duelists (Blade and Hela) and 4 strategists (Rocket, Jeff, Invis, and Fox). I was the one playing Blade and since we had no vanguards I assumed that role and dealt with theirs (they had a Strange and Cap).To my surprise we actually stomped. We were attacking on the collector map and aside from it predictably taking us about a minute to leave our spawn and create a bit of initial space and then us getting wiped once during the final push it was very smooth. Also to my surprise our strats' healing output was actually far less than the other teams' so they were free to do a lot of damage. Our Rocket did 7k damage and Invis, Fox, and Jeff actually out damaged our Hela which is insane.Definitely one of the most insane matches I've played, especially as Blade.
