It seems that they did release some guidelines for derivative works and made it a rule for fanart and such to be clearly marked with 同人作品, so that's why most recent trick art from JP has that. These rules are apparently never mentioned before in KR, so it might come from Bilibili instead of Epid. Someone mailed the official global Trickcal customer support and they replied that you don't really have to clearly mention that it's a derivative work if it's clearly not official, but the rules are still written as that.It's highly unlikely, but I hope they don't add restrictions to fan works.
