Which later on gets interpreted as "he left me behind", because certain major plot events that happen after this cause her own home life to become extremely terrible or something, and she blames it all on him. So when they cross paths again, and she has a Cheese analog that's secretly the Chaos analog in disguise, she picks a fight with him. But the only one who'd be able to break through to her has to be the Amy analog, not the Tails.

Even IDW know amy and cream have fuckall to do with each other. They get two meaningful-ish interactions and one is shared with rouge the fat baps and the other is a single panel during the fucking apocalypse. Cream got way more with other people its actually kinda nuts, even in their threeway with rouge her interactions with rouge were more fun than anything they said to each other, during the metal virus it was cream admiting her sense of hope comes from sonic (not amy), the one-shot cream had was about her and gemerl i dont think amy's name came up ONCE the entire issue, then Cream has a baller heart to heart with whisper that lasts like 4 pages, she gets rescued during the virus arc firstly by sonic and that whole bit was a Cream glaze by showing she's like sonic more than anyone else, and then after all thats over the next time you see her she's hanging out with Blaze.Oh yeah i guess she does that winter event thing with Amy where they barely talk at all. You know why this happens?
