So at the cost of 1 card you control, you can destroy all cards your opponent control, including those with limited destruction protection, since you can choose them for destruction multiple times, at pseudo Spell Speed 3, since if your opponent tries to negate it with anything lower than Spell Speed 3 you can just chain it again.
