I actually agree with all of these changes.Ult is a bit too good for how wuickly you can get it.Her damage output is underwhelming considering she is projectile, has a strange firing pattern that needs time to become accurate and only burst is a ground based grenade blocked by barriers and walls.Drone health wasn't that big of an issue, but it was a little too easy to kill.Grapple speed is the big one, Sierra is super easy to shoot down while grappling because of the predictable arc and low speed.The drone healing is the one I feel was the least necessary, it was already the better perk and I would've prefered if they made the lock on perk viable.
