I doubt turtle will go down so easily. US has no jurisdiction where they are based. The lawsuit is an obligation by Blizzard to hold on to their copyright and that's about it. They probably couldn't care less if twow existed or if we're being real. IDK about turtles financial situation but they probably make enough to afford the court fees and keep plugging along.If blizz didn't sue for copyright on servers like this they basically lose power in courts to challenge people using their IP.
