You farm the regular frame for mastery, or to subsoom(look up helminth system), or to simply use it if the frame doesn't have a prime version yet.You just need to unlock the void and lua for optimal relic farming so you can get primes quickly. Once you have that, it would only take a few hours to get Voruna Prime unless you're really unlucky
