I play Sinclair a lot and recently i got to the somewhat sad conclusion that while bolt is very fun, the best build is probably just to ignore it completely. Leveling assistant first i is infinitely more consistent for laning and you don't even need the last upgrade, which means you get to level ult or bunny faster. And then you just run around spamming ults or bunnying people with vortex web. The bolt playstyle is just nowhere as strong.
