Do you think some future fnaf fangames may attempt to make the game as expansive and replayable as something like frickbears. I’m sorry, I hate to glaze it when it’s already been glazed so much but there so many additions that Frickbear's adds to the fnaf format. The score system, the ability to choose which animatronics you go up against so each playthrough can end up different, entirely different night 6 routes, it all adds up to adding so much to the classic formula.

I'm sometimes reminded of how much balloons used to matter to FNAF. They've really fallen to the wayside - no, they've really just disappeared from the symbolism of the series. In the early days balloons were used to represent the children's souls, and how they were tethered to Earth. The prize corner - where the puppet resided - was full of balloons which she gave out to children, which is obviously a play on her giving life to the dead children. During Happiest Day, they float off to represent the souls passing on.And now they're just gone.

So i was trying to decide on which custom guards i wanted to use to do some of the custom night challenges, and i realized i didn't actually want to use any of them.like, okay, i chose those characters because i wanted to see their dialogue to different scenarios and shit, not to mention challenge runs where i try to act as in-character as i can with some of those characters (such as making my own life harder by doing money/evil ending while playing as wario and using beartraps often to larp with the idea of wario punching the animatronics away), but when it came to using them without the weight of autistic shit i realized i would rather bite the curb than to use most of the characters in a custom night, like, i like them but theyre not characters i care enough about to use them without holding any extra conditions over my head (not to mention they can often screw you over by simply choosing to use them in the first place, Noelle's mask sprite essentially doesn't let you see shit), are there any Frickbear's 3 custom guard mods one can use casually without wanting to shoot their own head off?

At the time of SB and Ruin no one could have possibly guessed the connections the whole place had to MCM, Fiona and so on because those things barely if at all existed at the time and are still structural to attempting to understand the plot. Scott's older games were way more self contained and making theories of what was going on in them was simpler because the story was mostly in just the games with the release window between them being smaller, very few new things were suddenly added that recontextualized more than half of the game after the next entry except for 4 no one knows what the fuck was going on in that from day one. It's like trying to fill a puzzle where you only get a couple extra pieces every couple of years, if anything it reminds me of Deltarune's theory community where things stop holding up every time a new chapter is released

For those that caught the stream, you may remember Elizabeth's jumpscare being rocky. Redoing it from scratch, though right now it's only flat colors(I see the dark hair shadow issue in a frame as well don't worry, that'll be fixed). It still doesn't look amazing, but now it's more in line with Chica's jumpscare and while less mechanically interesting than the first swing, doesn't look so out of place with all the rest.Scrap Baby is a complicated character to draw being still, much less moving. Either way, it works. Chica's ending is like 70% done now, once that's done and this animation is finished the game is done unless I decide to add some special touches to Night 6. Which I might, Early-Mid May is the release date still.

I was thinking about something that always gets me thinking. About how poorly handled the movie trilogy is.We're heading into the third one, where Springtrap will be a major player, but we still only have the bare minimum on William. These movies would have been the perfect place to show more on how the state of things was before he became a serial killer. Yet the only thing we were given is a single Vanessa flashback.Michael has the barest of bare minimum even after a whole movie where he *could* have been a main character.Henry's 2 minutes of screentime actually made me dislike him. Not to mention how they also don't give us anything for how his relationship with William was (instead saving the mere fact that they knew each other for a mid-credits "twist").Abby and Mike are unlikeable eyesores.Only Vanessa and Charlie got substantial characterization for their screentime.It's the type of thing that makes you wonder if it's too late to fix it, then wonder if these movies ever had a chance to be good.And then I asked myself "why weren't these movies about Michael Afton to begin with? It's set roughly around the time of Pizza Sim and has a pretty serious tone from what's been shown.
i really don't know what the five nights at wario's guy was on because every game looks shoddy compared to something like popgoes or candy's but also 3 and onwards the series just straight up has the coolest fucking mechanics to ever be put in a fnaf fangame
