As I thought from the trailers the base combat is a simplified version of SvS and ReGame. Where instead of combo routes and two buttons, its just a single button you mash too attack. Unsure if we can still actually customize that combo but I hope not as a single repeated combo I think could be more balanced kind of like 4go. Seems like they want you to be in CPU form for most battles due to the air combat. Hopefully all this makes it less janky.
