I have finally gotten back to work on something but this time something more useful perhaps.I have modified redsim's light volumes to support baking of directional light shadowmasks.The only thing rendering a shadow in this scene is my avatar.Ignore everything past this its blogposting now.So like this is something that could actually be useful but to take it over the finish line is getting above me cuz of all the other people needed to make it work.Like is there any map maker that'd actually give a fuck to use this feature.Besides that though I did find a couple bugs with baking with transparent materials (probably should be ignored) and multi material objects which weren't handled correctly.So at the very least I can squash those. Then at the bigger ideas of instead of it being a mask its an SDF but the current way it bakes occlusion it's impractical so I'd have to completely change it to use the raytrace bakers which getting real out of my scope at that point.I'd at the very least call this a novel idea.

Imagine that, without being too much of a little whiny bitch, and without bullshit preaching, you're mildly dissatisfied with how you keep jumping around between groups of 3-4 people during drinking nights, happy to see everyone, not getting a chance to properly talk to anyone. The spring loaded section on the headband tends to have the plastic crack and spring open, the thumbsticks will go because they are normal thumbsticks, and the cable wears but that's the case with any wired headset cable wise.
