So when you're defending a keep, you create a shield wall with your tankbros and keep the enemy out while the backend heals and does damage. You can also taunt in PVP and it reduces damage the opponent does to other players who aren't you. Tanks are genuinely useful in PVP in Warhammer Online.

With scaling, knowing how to play is much more important. That is unless you play as a tank, then I recommend just farming scenarios or go for turtle blob fights to powerlevel there.
