The game mode is a new addition from a few days ago, i gave it a try and it's serviceable, but personally normal mode with trackers is better. If you are looking for a girlfriend experience tho, the conversation mode allows you to generate a schedule for the character + allows the character to message you without you typing first, so you can wake up and see good morning from your wife 30 minutes ago.
