If you see someone playing any given deck you can guess with 99% accuracy what all 40 cards in their deck are. Even without being able to see their hand you’re still playing with the mindset of “they’re on a, so they probably have b, they probably don’t have c, if they’re using that card first they must not have d” etc.Yeah knowing for certain what they have is nice but when you’re already familiar with a deck you can pretty much just tell what your opponent’s doing instinctively.It’s more useful to see what handtraps you need to play through on turn 1 but even then that’s hardly irrelevant. You should always be playing with the expectation that your opponent has every handtrap imaginable.
